The technician seemed to spend more time on one eye than the other, and the result was noticeable to me. The mixed length of lashes and the way they were spread out (half set) made them look odd. I ended up having to go back the next day and got them removed and replaced at no extra charge. So overall experience redeemed and I’ve been back since but now know exactly what to ask for!
