My original appointment had to be moved back an hour on their end which was no problem but I was then phoned 15 minutes before my original time asking if I could come in asap which was not possible anymore.
The treatment itself was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever had. The sheets that sit under the eye were repeatedly put in my eye. At the end, the solution was burning my eye but when I brought this up I was told to keep it there for 2-3 minutes. It took me a while to open my eyes in the end.
