The experience & outcome depends on who is working & how busy they are. If they’re busy, they can take a very long time. However, if quieter & you get someone friendly, it’s great. N.B. For me personally, I find it very overwhelming when it’s busy — there’s a lot of noise, not much space, & poor communication.

It was good. Not excellent and I didn't like that they use an electric file to reduce cuticles but they were nice, fairly priced and did a pretty good and quick job.
