I had a disappointing experience at this salon. I got a cut on the right side of my left foot because the therapists were too busy chatting instead of focusing on their work. This lack of attention is unprofessional and risky, especially for hands and feet, which are prone to infections. With an autoimmune disease, I’m even more at risk. When I asked for a first aid kit to clean the cut, all I got was a plaster. Very dissatisfied with the lack of care and hygiene.
