Good job with the eyebrows but to improve the experience, I felt Helen was abrupt & snappy as soon as I arrived. I felt on edge and uncomfortable by the way she spoke to me and rushed me, even though I was early to the appointment and let her know I was feeling nervous due to a bad experience in the past. I was close to leaving before the treatment had started for these reasons. I have had my lashes tinted here before with another therapist who was lovely. Would recommend the other beautician
