I arrived and asked to leave because the owner thought I was late for one hour. But another costumer thankfully jumped into the conversation saying the appointment at 3pm was hers and we have the same name. 20 minutes later a lovely therapist came to say the room was ready. I did everything and unfortunately I did not check before to leave the shop. My legs are full of wax, I did a holliwood waxing and most of the hair are still there but instead I have many lumps of waxing
