Very unprofessional venue. I booked for a last minute bikini wax and my therapist repeatedly scolded me for it, pressing me to answer her. The reason was that they wanted to shut earlier than their opening hours. I even offered to leave and she declined.The procedure took less than 10 mins and she burnt me with hot wax. I told her but she assured that it's normal (I've been waxing for 3 yrs). She was in a rush and clumsy, leaving lots of hairs broken. I was so uncomfortable, do NOT come here.
