Place had a lovely ambience. Nail technician was good. I have already had 3 chips since I got them done 5 days ago and my BIAB usually lasts 4 weeks for me. I went in to get one of the chips fixed a few days ago and the gentleman seemed cross when I asked and filed the nail quickly and I left. To avoid the same experience I have filed my own chips (not very well) which is a shame
