I’ve had a lash lift here a few times and it’s always really good. Remember to ask for what you want, and always say if you don’t want your eyelashes trimmed beforehand because sometimes they trim them. 5*

Just a heads-up—you may be charged extra for having curly hair. I booked my wax online, but when I arrived, I was asked to pay more. I’ve been coming here for years and have never had to pay extra before. I had an underarm wax, and sometimes they use hot wax, while other times it’s just a strip—either is fine with me. However, I’m really disappointed by the unexpected charge. It’s unfair to increase based on hair type without making that clear on Treatwell. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning
