I have never had either of these treatments done. I wasn't asked how dark I wanted my eyebrows, and the tint was left on whilst another client had a threading treatment, so my eyebrows ended up nearly black (I am blonde). More concerningly, my skin under my eyebrows was ripped off from the waxing. When I phoned to complain after I got home and noticed, I was told it was just red from the treatment. I sent over photos and the salon have agreed to refund me, but unfortunately I wouldn't return.
