Walking in was a bit awkward as no one really acknowledged me or seemed to be the appointment book keeper. I had a gel polish on my toes - I am not impressed as after one week it is chipping and there are obvious brush strokes/thicker and thinner bits on the nails so it wasn't an even job. The eyebrow thread and tinting was great - she did a perfect job. She put on a bit too much eyelash tint which started to burn on one eye. We had to wash it off, wait for my eyes to stop watering and do it again. This kept the next person waiting a while and I don't think my lashes ended up being as dark as they could have been.

I'd never been to this salon before but I will definitely go again. I was seen immediately - really great massage chairs and I enjoyed the pedicure a lot. I did have to wait a bit before they painted my toes as they were very busy and it was a different therapist who finished my treatment. But all in all, very good.

they were so busy as one staff was calling sick, which I had to wait almost an hour but they gave me the discount afterwards and work extra hours to make sure I can get it done that day.

I was very unhappy with the service provided to me on this occasion. I paid £30 for a shellac manicure whilst I normally at £25!;94 a gel polish change. There was absolutely no difference between the manicure and polish change. When I asked at the end why one is £5 more expensive I was not really given and answer.
Further to this, two of the staffs young children had been let loose on th salon and were being very loud which meant the experience wasn't entirely relaxing.
