visited Battersea Nails and Beauty for a shellac manicure and pedicure and left quite disappointed. The staff member who did my nails was not very friendly and spent most of the time speaking in a different language to other staff members, which made the atmosphere feel unwelcoming and uncomfortable.The pedicure was meant to take around an hour, but the whole treatment felt rushed and didn’t come close to that duration. It definitely lacked the attention to detail I expected. Manicure poor too
