The salon was quite disorganised as they were understaffed and so I was kept waiting for my appointment, however once the wax started the therapist was thorough and relatively comfortable, although certainly felt like they were under time pressure. Good value but probably will now prefer to pay a bit more for a better service

I've been to this salon twice now for gel nail extensions and have had lovely experience. The staff are very friendly and take their time, good finish to the nails! Could maybe just work on the atmosphere to make it a bit more livlier...

I was left waiting in the reception area for 15minutes for my wax. However, most amazing wax ever! Probably the least painful wax ever, my quick and great results!
