The beauty room was very small and not very sound-proof so it was fine considering I was having a waxing but I'm not sure it would be good if you were having a relaxing facial or massage as could hear everything going on outside. The staff are very friendly but part of the waxing was very painful compared to others I have had in the past as she couldn't quite get a grip on the hot wax a couple of times so was tugging a lot. But it was good value for money and did the job!
