Management over booked my appointment for a walk in client so I had to wait 30 minutes for my treatment. Thankfully the Beautican was brilliant and got me sorted in the little amount of time I had before I had to leave. Wouldn't have been bothered if I didn't have a busy day but felt leaving me in a room for half an hour with no explanation wasn't very kind or good business management.
