Normally quite a good wax, but this time they had double booked (they seem to do this a lot) and had to swap therapists halfway through the leg wax - the second therapist didn't do as thorough job and left behind patches of hair. She was also quite rude.

It is a nice environment to get your nails done and not too busy. Only complaint is that my nail varnish has chipped after 1 day which it doesn't usually, and the staff can be a little miserable!
