Horrible job... When asked how i wanted my extensions I said 'just my natural lashes length and volume'. Ended up 35 min later with 2 completely different eyelashes... One with huge lashes and the other with barely any lashes attached... Plus barely any volume on any. I told her right away that i wouldn't leave the parlour looking like that because was just horrible, totally assymetric, at that point i couldn't even care that she did exactly the opposite to what I've asked but at least i needed to look decent enough to go outside. Because they someone else for waxing, she finished the job in the middle ofnthe salon where people do their pedicure... A couple of minutes later she said it was perfect: nope not at all, way more lashes on one side than the other but at least both look the same shape and she said that i just needed some mascara to make it work 😱 yes, this was the answer after paying 50£ for false lashes. Biked home (10 min) and when i removed my glasses most of the lashes from the eye she 'fixed' were sitting in my cheek.. The worst job I've ever paid for. Will try to go tobthe parlour tomorrow to see if she gives me the money and take the remaining lashes from the only eye that still has them or to see if she will try to do a proper job this time. Worst experience with treatwell so far. Definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to waste their money on this
