Second time I've been here. Had a different lady for my treatments. She was very nice. However, I ended up with red marks for a few days from underarm wax. And she accidentally marked my hair whilst tinting my eyebrows. She must not have noticed. And as it was 4 hours before I got gone a saw the black streak in my blonde hair...now wearing a clip to hide odd black streak.

The treatments were good, especially the threading, she did a lovely neat job. The massage was good, but the room it takes place in is pretty shabby, peeling decorations and lots of noise from the water being turned on, so not quite as zen as I would usually hope - so this did mar the experience a little! Also felt rushed at the end of the appointment, as they had another client I was still putting my tights back on when she re-entered the room and busied herself getting it ready, which did make me slightly uncomfortable. Overall - nice staff, reasonable quality service and a good price with the Treatwell discount.
