As always amazing leg wax - the ladies are great ! All I would say it was really quite hot in the wax room even with the fan as it was just blowing around hot air. I think the wax rooms both upstairs and downstairs could really do with some Air conditioning for a better experience. Other than that all fab !

Pedicure was fine but manicure was absolutely nightmare he was on the phone constantly stopped my treatment didn’t say anything until I looked really annoyed and he said sorry and next time I will get 5 pounds off but don’t know how he will remember me - it’s cheaper than others around but well I think he was the manager really rude and unfriendly not going back

My lash lift is alright, although I don’t find it lifted enough compared to my lash lifts elsewhere. The process was painful, I usually can nap during a lash lift but taking out the glue was painful here. So it was really hard to open my eyes but the beauty technician insisted on taking pictures of my lashes despite me saying it’s hard to open
