I had a shellac manicure which was done to a high standard and has lasted well. My technician was polite and professional and the salon itself is clean and well presented. The only criticism is due to how busy they were it felt a little rushed and therefore lost some of the 'personal touch'.

Staff were rude, they had over booked so i waited nearly an hour without them explaining or apologising once. They then spilt water from the foot bowl of another person onto my handbag and shoes and did apologise either. I have been here a few times given the value for money and location but each time has had a disappointing outcome.
