they were so busy as one staff was calling sick, which I had to wait almost an hour but they gave me the discount afterwards and work extra hours to make sure I can get it done that day.

I was very unhappy with the service provided to me on this occasion. I paid £30 for a shellac manicure whilst I normally at £25!;94 a gel polish change. There was absolutely no difference between the manicure and polish change. When I asked at the end why one is £5 more expensive I was not really given and answer.
Further to this, two of the staffs young children had been let loose on th salon and were being very loud which meant the experience wasn't entirely relaxing.

I had a Shellac Manicure, which looks fine after 4 days - no chips - but I wouldn't be going back. My nail technician was rude. Didn't say hello, just grunted the chair to sit in. Didn't ask what nail shape or colour I wanted, just started applying 'the same colour you had last time' before I asked if I could change it, please at which point she just got up and walked off and a colleague stepped in to finish the manicure. For the price, I also expected an overall hand treatment, but it's just a quick shape and polish.
