Been very loyal to this venue for over a year now but a bit concerned it seems to be slightly going down hill - there are a lot of new staff who just don't seem to be up to the standards of the old staff. Not as polite and my nails definitely haven't lasted as long the last couple of times. Will give them a few more chances to see if the new staff can be trained more/settle in as would be a shame to stop going here but it's definitely not as good as it used to be.

I had a mani pedi at Battersea Nails & Beauty - Clapham Junction. The staff were all friendly and there was a wide range of colours to choose from. The massage chair was very relaxing too.
