Happy with quality of treatments but staff were really busy and a bit short - told me to go downstairs and get ready. When I went into the room the dirty paper on the bed was still there from somebody else's wax!

Very poor - rude customer service. Compared with other places locally, prices are crazy high (says 24£ on TW, 30£ when went to process card payment), especially given lack of service
