I have had Hollywood waxes here regularly but unfortunately the last experience was awful. It wasn't the usual lady and she didn't seem experienced. It was painful and uncomfortable to the point I asked her to stop. She apologised and blamed the wax for the issues however no offer of discount. This is my local salon and I was very disappointed by my recent visit.
