Always a great experience. They are very busy so can sometimes feel a bit rushed but this never affects the quality / outcome of the shellac treatment.

The room in which I had the waxing wasn't really nice so I'm not sure about the cleanliness of the place. The girl that did the waxing was a bit fast and she burnt my skin in some places even after I've told her that it was too hot.
