Staff will do as you ask regarding your treatment. At busier times there can be a wait and expect different staff to continue with your treatment. Acrylic nails took longer than advised.

Second time I've been here. Had a different lady for my treatments. She was very nice. However, I ended up with red marks for a few days from underarm wax. And she accidentally marked my hair whilst tinting my eyebrows. She must not have noticed. And as it was 4 hours before I got gone a saw the black streak in my blonde hair...now wearing a clip to hide odd black streak.
