It's a very busy salon, the staff are very nice but it's not the most relaxing experience, bit hectic to be honest.

The male technician was talkative and gave some expertise. Was quiet at the start of my appointment so was very relaxed and didn't feel rushed. The nail polish I choose however, hardly had any polish left and she struggled to get two full coats out of it.

Had really nice experience here. Being heavily pregnant on a hot day in London isnt fun so the lady went and found me a fan and rearranged things in the room so the fan was facing on me. Much appreciated! Wax was great and no rashes etc. Highly recommend!
