I had a shellac pedicure, I've only awarded 3 stars on average as not only did the lady clip my skin which hurt, but the massage was really brief again and felt rushed.

Normally quite a good wax, but this time they had double booked (they seem to do this a lot) and had to swap therapists halfway through the leg wax - the second therapist didn't do as thorough job and left behind patches of hair. She was also quite rude.
