The place could do with a bit of a spruce up. It was a little unfriendly in terms of ambience at first and there was a bit of peeling paint and outdated decor. HOWEVER the lady who did my wax couldn't have been friendlier and very professional. I felt very comfortable. Miraculously it was one of the most pain free waxes I've ever had. Overall good value and I would go back based on the waxing experience I had.

Really friendly service and a lot of care taken. This is the second wax I've had here and I would definitely go back again. Both times have had great results and it has been relatively painless.

I wasted £21.60. She left me lots of hair and lots of wax (difficult to take off) and she burnt me with the wax.
Will never go back or recommend.
