Paid for a hot wax, but it wasn't available. I wasn't told, the lady just cracked on with the old school strip wax. No options or refund offered. Painful experience, not a happy camper

Lovely welcome, efficicent and quick. Plus, great value for money. The only thing is that I think the nail polish I chose was quite old and thick, so my nails never properly dried. Just make sure you chose a good nail polish.

I just had a wax and a gel nails manicure. The lady who did my wax was very nice and friendly, she did a good job but when i had my nails done, i wasn't happy at all because the lady cut me twice and didn't even say sorry to me. After that she painted my nails too thick and they look like i had the extensions underneath. I'm very disappointed this time.
