Great results and lovely lady. The actual treatment itself isn't very enjoyable. My eyes watered quite a bit which she said was because I must of had some eye makeup left on (my own fault) and putting such strong smelly chemicals near/in your eyes can't be good.

The staff were lovely but unfortunately I was left disappointed. I had booked the treatments that morning and when I got there it appeared as though it was going to be a struggle to fit me in. The facial felt rushed but then at one point I was left with a face mask on for 20 minutes. The facial was only meant to take 30 in total. I think it was while my beautician completed another treatment with someone else and I heard other customers arrive for similar treatments, so I'm pretty sure they had overbooked. The head massage afterwards then also felt rushed. It's pretty noisy and you don't get much privacy behind the curtain. Such a shame as the staff were nice but I will be trying somewhere else next time.
