Come here every 2-3 weeks for my infills. This time it was awful! I had a lady I’ve never seen before. She filed my nails all different lengths and applied the polish in a messy manner- the polish is lumpy and uneven and has begun to wear away after just two days! I will ask not to have this technician again.

I had booked an appointment for 10am and so had a lot of other ladies. I think they took on too many appointments given that there weren't enough staff to accommodate. I had to wait until 25 past ten until my pedicure started.
The staff were apologetic which I appreciated, I understand that these things happen
