When I arrived the beautician wasn't available so I had to wait more than half an hour!!! Bear in mind i was on my lunch break from work so I was late back to the office because of this. It didn't help that the owner is so rude!
Besides that, the beautician Kim was lovely, quick and made it pretty much painless as usual.
