Always very busy so often have to wait for appointment. Didn't have a dedicated beautician so did feel a bit passed between but great mani & pedi and fantastic value

The room in which I had the waxing wasn't really nice so I'm not sure about the cleanliness of the place. The girl that did the waxing was a bit fast and she burnt my skin in some places even after I've told her that it was too hot.

I was really disappointed with the quality of my nail extensions. The finishing job was terrible. The nails were different lengths and the shape was distorted. Overall I felt that they made me feel like i couldn't say I wanted them thinner and now i'm left with bubbles on my fingers and I payed £28. I hate writing bad reviews but this was the second time I have come out unhappy.

The young man who did my nails was professional standard, my nails lasted 3 weeks. He was the only one who speak fluent English so it was easy for me to ask what I wanted, the ladies who worked there didn't understand what I wanted, Recommend coming here.
