Visited the salon for the first time for an underarm wax. The salon was very busy on arrival and they were running late with appointments. I didn't mind waiting a little while, but felt that communication was a bit poor/unfriendly with regards how long the wait might be. However.. when I went through I was really happy with my therapist Kim. She did a very thorough job and was really lovely. So all in all I was happy and would definitely go back for further waxes! Thanks Kim! :-)
