Staff incredibly rude- despite allowing bookings through Treatwell, claimed to be too busy and tutted and huffed about customers arriving. Staff spoke loudly to eachother about there being too many customers and not enough staff to serve them making an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere.
