This is my regular salon - arrived for my booked appt - sign in door advising refurb underway & to walk 5/10 mins up the street to another salon for treatments. No pre warning given.
Quality of nails in this second salon was way below what I usually receive - less choice of colours, my usual colour not available, my gel mani has already chipped 4 days later. Gel mani/ pedi advertised in this spa for £50, I had paid £63 on Treatwell & am really disappointed with the mani in particular.
