Generally Staff are OK. Some are a bit abrupt. The lady who did my treatment was very polite and concerned to make my treatment comfortable. I saw tea and coffee offered to some clients but not others. I was not offered. Seemed strange since I was there for nearly 2hours. But bottom line is treatment was of a fair standard. I would go back based on qualify of mani pedi.
