Really nice chatty vibe. They made me wait a little to start my appointment. They are definitely a busy salon so would recommend arriving to your appointment early. I got the manicure and pedicure and it’s not as ‘polished’ (excuse the pun) as I would like. The edges are really messy and there are a few air bubbles. On my toes there is some bubbling or something under the polish which has made it bumpy and doesn’t look smooth. It’s OK but if you’re a perfectionist the finish on the nails might get you down. It doesn’t bother me much but it could’ve been better.
