Usually love this salon but this time it was way too busy - people were waiting for 20 mins+ even when they had booked an appointment. People were also having to wait for long periods of time mid treatment - for example I was left with the foils on my nails for far too long while the girl went and did someone else’s pedicure. The gel manicure also chipped much quicker than usual, I think because it was rushed.
