Chaotic atmosphere, all over the place - unorganised.
Bikini wax was quick an efficient but they used strip wax over the hot wax regardless of my preference to hot wax only. Meaning I was left with a red raw bikini line - not the ideal look.
Swedish massage was NOT a Swedish massage. It was more like a Thai massage!! not relaxing in any sense, especially if you were expecting a traditional Swedish massage. Never have I ever wished for a massage to end early. It was painful, erratic and unnerving.
Gel nails - Even though there was no option when I booked, I had to pay extra (and they don't take card payments) because I already had gel on my nails. They ended up doing an infil treatment but it was so rushed and the nails are so misshaped, they keep catching on things (hair, tights, clothing) and half of them have chipped/broken the same day!
I would have given zero stars if it were an option.
This whole service cost me over a hundred pounds, I feel robbed.
