Went for a foot scrub, eyebrow thread, eyelash and eyebrow tint. Let's start with the great - it's really clean and they have those super comfortable chairs when you're getting your feet done. Michael was efficient, polite and just an all round star! The foot scrub was amazing and I would highly recommend, I was this close to start putting in an application for foot modelling it after the work that Michael did. The products and ambience during that time was great! However, and I am sorry to say the eyebrow experience could be improved (don't get me wrong, they look good!), the lady yelled across the room what I was getting done and it didn't help she got it wrong... sorry no upper lip waxing for me love! But, what if I was getting that done? I don't want my treatments available for everyone else to hear and she also did this with the next two clients she had. Secondly the room is quite small... which wouldn't be an issue... but the lady had to practically lay over my legs to get her product. Being short isn't a crime but she could have had it ready beforehand or if there had been enough room gone around. The third thing follows on from this and I'm hoping by writing this it helps them rather than bagging them. Whenever she did the left side of my face she had to rest her arm across my chest (to hold it still?), instead of going around to the other side. No biggie, but it's an invasion of my personal space. She was also asked to attend to another (walk-in) client whilst seeing to me, which is fine but think about whether you are cannibalising you current customer by taking on another by leaving me in the room with the lights off. Then she had the cheek to rush me out to see to her next client, whilst I asked if I could fix myself up for 2 minutes (no one likes the bright red blotchiness around your eyebrows after tearing those puppies up). So I'd definitely go back for a foot scrub (sorry Michael, you'd probably never want to live through that again) but I don't think I'd go back for the eyebrow treatments (again the eyebrows looked good, but the ambience was the same as getting it done in a shifty alleyway)
Excellent attention to detail. Nest waxing I have found in London so far.
I love my nails. Definitely recommend this place :)
