I have been coming here for about 3 months to get my eyelashes done. Unfortunately the service seems to differ each time I come. Last time I asked for natural lashes and they weren’t natural at all and ended up falling out in clusters. I had booked to have them done with Bella but she wasn’t there and two other people did them, they swapped over half way through. This time I had Bella but then someone else took over half way through. They weren’t really natural so she took some off and re did them. This took an hour and 15 minutes for infills, when it would normally be less than an hour. I would really prefer to have just one person doing my treatment rather than two people swapping over and coming out with different results each time.

After coming here for the past year and a half, I unfortunately won’t be back. This is the second time the beautician I booked (Kim) wasn’t actually there. I asked for a Brazilian, I was given a Hollywood. It was the most painful wax I’ve had in a long time. I also got a leg wax and realised when I got home that the backs of my legs have not been done properly at all and I’ll now have to do it myself. It’s such a shame because this place used to be so dependable.
