Really disappointing experience, started off with the lady I’ve had before and about half way through the treatment swapped to another lady without me knowing. The second lady was so slap dash, cut my nose with the tweezers because she wasn’t paying attention and talking to her friends and then didn’t wipe the treatment off carefully because the rest of the day I felt stinging and my eyelashes were sticking together. Wouldn’t go back here again.

Been coming here for ages for waxing mostly, but the last couple of times I’ve had a different lady and it’s just not been as good. Less attention to detail, and also this is really random but both times she has asked how much I pay for it, even though it’s a salon she works at... and the first time I saw her she suggested I go to another salon that would do it cheaper. Bit weird!
