Lovely beautician, however it felt very rushed as there were 2 customers waiting at the opening time and only one beautician. The wax was not heated before I arrived (and I was the first customer of the day), so I appreciate that it was hard to make the process efficient and painless, HOWEVER I would recommend they come in earlier to open up and make sure everything is ready and rolling, instead of turning up 5 mins after opening time...
