The wax was as average. The lady was friendly and really quick which was good. But the wax was really hot so that added to the after redness and she lingered at the end whilst i was getting ready which was weird, normally people leave you a bit of privacy at the end and she was like dress dress whilst cleaning the bed. There was no ambience either so no distraction, music or tv.
