I booked online with Sonia for 12.30pm. Got to the venue and asked to see her, they checked who I was seeing and told me to sit and wait. A few minutes later a lady (who was not Sonia) came to take me downstairs. When I explained I’d booked in with another beautician the owner(?) told me she didn’t start until 3pm each day and even though you could choose to book a beautician by name it was ‘generic’. It obviously isn’t. He then asked what I expected him to do about it and rather Han even pretend to be apologetic, became confrontational and rude. The lady who ended up doing my lashes was really sweet. Not the best lashes I’ve had but think if you were to bring your own they’d do a better job.
