The staff could be friendlier, my eyebrow wax was good, but they did leave wax on my face. I do not think they paid much attention to shape either. My bikini wax was rather embarrassing. The beautician came in before I had finished getting ready and with no modesty towel on the bed, I was left lying there very exposed, while I was waiting for the wax to cool down (which was still too hot when applied). Not all the hair was removed either and wax was left on.
