At first, the people looked surprised at me entering and stared at me as if to say ‘what are you doing here’ rather than having great customer service and welcoming me to the store and asking ‘how can we help?’ Then I said I booked online and they looked somewhat confused but one person knew about it and found the booking. However that wasn’t the person who did the job and so I had to tell the person who was doing the job what services I had booked for. She was a nice lady and made me feel comfortable. They are cash only which wasn’t advertised when I chose pay at the venue so I had to bank transfer. The tint/wax was satisfactory
