Overall this was a good experience and I would go back again. My nail technician was fantastic, a man whose name I unfortunately do not remember. I rarely get my nails done, so he was very informative and helpful, and I love the nails.
The only area I think they could improve on is the level of professionalism. Visually, the staff look quite unkempt as they wear whatever they like to wotk (hoodies and leggings), so I think that having a uniform or basic dress code (for example, all wearing black) would make them look much more professional. Also, the staff were not particularly professional with each other. At various points it was very obvious that they were arguing about different things, and voices were raised/dirty looks were given. This was in a different language, so I could not tell the context, but it made me feel quite uncomfortable and the atmosphere was not relaxing. Any conversations like that should not happen in front of customers and should display a united front at all times.
